No. We pride ourselves on having universal training and use the same products in the studio. We keep records of our clients lash appointment. As a result, you may have your lashes filled with any of our talented artists.

It depends. We prefer not to fill other lash artist's work, unless we know the quality of the artist’s work. If you schedule a fill with us, and we did not provide the initial full set, please understand we may have to remove them and provide a fresh and CLEAN set of lashes to ensure quality that reflects our work.

No. If you are unsure of the style you’d like, or if you would like to transition to a different style, whether it be more bold or more natural, you can simply start filling with that new style, as long as we have provided the original set.

During your lash appointment, you will be laying flat on your back with your eyes closed. The procedure is pain free, and ranges from 1.5-3 hours depending on the style of lashes. We do not lash with speed in mind; however, we lash with HEALTH in mind. As a result, we do not rush, and ensure precision, proper placement, and an enjoyable experience for our clients.

Depending on a number of factors, most of our clients return every 2-4 weeks for regular fills. We will discuss the contributing factors and aftercare methods with you, to ensure the longest lasting lashes for you.

Absolutely Not! Most of our clients take a nap while getting their lashes done!

We will provide you with a proper aftercare card and instructions after your appointment. The key instructions are to ensure your lashes do not come in contact with any oil based products at any point. We will send you home with a mascara wand to brush your lashes, and discuss the importance of properly cleansing your lash line with a proper lash shampoo as well. Lash Extensions are synthetic and must not be exposed to excessive heat like hairdryers or open flames (lighters).
